About the Talent Hub

The NDIA Tampa Bay Talent Hub is a community platform run by the National Defense Industrial Association's Tampa Bay chapter. It connects cleared defense professionals — active duty transitioning, veterans, and experienced civilians — with defense companies in the Tampa Bay region.

We are not a hiring funnel, a recruiting service, or a managed matching platform. We are a networking and connection tool. Candidates and employers find each other directly. Chapter staff maintain the platform and oversee the community.

Privacy-first by design

Candidate identities are anonymized in the talent directory. Names, emails, and resumes are released only after the candidate approves a connection request. Resumes never appear in any public surface.

Funded positions only

Job postings are limited to active, funded roles. Capture and pipeline-building postings violate platform terms.
