Eligibility
The Talent Hub is intended for cleared defense professionals, defense companies hiring cleared talent, and chapter staff. Account registration requires acceptance of these terms.
Job postings
Employers must post only active, funded positions. Capture efforts, pipeline-building postings, and evergreen reqs violate these terms and may result in account suspension. At the moment of posting, employers re-accept this requirement.
Conduct
The community is a professional environment. Harassment, spam, posting of others' PII without consent, and intentional misuse of platform features are prohibited.
Account suspension
Chapter staff may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Your data is preserved during suspension and can be restored if the suspension is lifted.
Liability
The Talent Hub facilitates connections. The chapter is not responsible for the outcomes of those connections, including employment offers, contracts, or employer or candidate conduct off-platform.
