Lead strategic intelligence programs requiring Top Secret/SCI clearance and extensive experience managing complex national security missions. Direct cross-functional teams, oversee budget and resource allocation, and ensure mission delivery in alignment with NSA priorities and federal compliance frameworks.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end program lifecycle from conception through execution and closeout.
- Direct and mentor senior technical and administrative staff across multiple teams.
- Develop and monitor program budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with NSA leadership, partner agencies, and external contractors.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, federal regulations, and NSA directives.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare strategic reports and briefings for senior leadership.
What you bring
- Current or ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph endorsement.
- Minimum 10+ years of program management or equivalent leadership experience in a national security or intelligence environment.
- Secret or higher clearance history required; prior NSA or DoD experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced degree (Master's) in related field preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in budget management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
