We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer with Top Secret/SCI Poly clearance to support critical intelligence and special operations missions. This role requires hands-on expertise in secure software development pipelines, compliance automation, and cloud infrastructure hardening within classified environments. You will work on-site in Tampa with direct engagement across SOCOM and intelligence agency customers.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines compliant with RMF and intelligence community standards.
- Automate security controls, vulnerability scanning, and compliance monitoring across development and production environments.
- Conduct threat modeling and security architecture reviews for defense applications and classified systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain and update documentation for security configurations, policies, and incident response procedures.
- Support security assessments and audits for intelligence community customers.
What you bring
- Current Top Secret/SCI Poly clearance or ability to obtain.
- Minimum 5 years of DevSecOps or security engineering experience in defense, SOCOM, or intelligence agency environments.
- Hands-on experience with secure CI/CD tools, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code in classified networks.
- Demonstrated expertise in RMF, NIST controls, and intelligence community security requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting and system hardening skills.
